We originally ordered the CHI with flat irons the above vendor, received it promptly plus it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI would not flat irons maintain temperature and a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied inside a several hours and offered to refund or replace the tool. Once we simply wanted a substitute, they agreed to flat irons ship us a replacement and enclose returning label therefore we flat irons may not be forced to pay to come back the defective product! Something that is sort of uncommon currently. I am very impressed by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them like a preferred dealer!
